If you require items in a hurry, please use the 'Contact Us' form BEFORE placing your order,and I will let you know if this will be possible.
Who pays for Customs and Import Taxes?
Buyers are responsible for all Customs and Import Taxes. Please check your own country's guidelines.
I have not received my order, what should I do?
Please see the 'Shipping Policy' at the footer of the website for delivery timescales. If after these time frames you have still not received your order. Please contact Gina Kim Jewellery via the 'Contact Us' form. Please note that Gina Kim Jewellery is not responsible for delays due to customs or other factors outside my control.
Do you supply wholesale?
If you would like to request a wholesale order, please use the 'Contact Us' form detailing the items you are interested in and anticipated volumes. I will then respond with further information.
