Refund policy

Returns and Cancellations

I sincerely hope you will be happy with your purchase.  If however, you are not completely satisfied, please contact me within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.  Your item must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in its original condition and in its original packaging (as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I am unable to except a return or provide a refund.
Please note that for items purchased outside the EU, the cost of the original postage will be deducted from the refund provided.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non - Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Personalised or custom orders
- Gift cards

Earrings are not returnable for a refund if the hygiene seal on the packaging has been broken.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at GinaKimJewellery@gmail.com.

Items with stated imperfections (if applicable)
If an item is stated to have an imperfection, unfortunately this will not be considered a fault requiring a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

As most of my jewellery pieces are one-offs, I do not offer an exchange service. 

If your exchange request is for an alternative ring size, please contact me first to ensure I can accommodate your request. Shipping and return postal costs

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Gina Kim Jewellery, 70 Anson Road, Upper Cambourne, Cambridgeshire CB23 6DQ, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the item is returned safely to the seller, in its original condition to receive a refund. Therefore please can I recommend that you use a service which requires a signature upon receipt. I cannot refund items not received back.

**IMPORTANT** 

 If returning from overseas, please ensure you mark the package "RETURNED GOODS" . If not marked in this way, import duty may be charged, and the cost will be deducted from the refund made to you.
