Despatch Times and Addresses
Once payment is received, I usually dispatch within seven days (excluding weekends). For personalised items, or items made to order, please contact me for a despatch time before purchasing, as times will vary (usually 1-3 weeks).
Your purchase will be sent to the address specified by you on your order (or PayPal confirmation if Paypal is used for payment) to ensure adherence to PayPal policy. Please ensure PayPal have your current address, as unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an out of date address provided by yourself or Paypal. If you would like your purchase to be sent to an alternative address this must be shown on your order or selected address on your Paypal payment.

UK Upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery - Includes gift box £7.99 (despatched within 7 days, or 21 days if made to order and then Next Day delivery) - All orders require a signature upon delivery

Delivery Times - UK and Overseas
Although I despatch within seven days (1-3 weeks for made to order items), once it has left my hands, I cannot guarantee the time it will take to arrive to you, as this is determined by the postal carrier. Please bear this in mind.
UK buyers can usually expect to receive their purchases within 3-5 working days after despatch. Please note that Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until 15 working days have passed.
Buyers outside the UK can usually expect to receive their purchases within 2 to 6 weeks after despatch. Royal Mail do not consider these parcels to be lost until 45 days has passed.
Each order will receive a tracking number.
Shipping outside the UK
Please note that all import tax, duty costs, and any other payments required by the authorities, are payable by the buyer direct to the authorities. Please ensure that you are aware of your country's policies to avoid any unwanted surprise costs.
Items being sent outside the EU require a customs declaration CN22 where the value of the good being sent is filled in. This is attached to the outside of the package.
